Helpful resources for eating right? [Forum]

Hello
I was recently a further contribution to weight loss before I get pregnant. My problem is that I work FT and I get home late sometimes, and I'm tired and lazy when it comes to meals. So I have lean cuisine food that was to help, not seemed to lose weight yet. I eat them cause, you are so easy and portionierten controlled, but I hear loaded with salt. So, what is good to eat? My previous post, people suggested to eat vegs/fruits. I appreciate that so now I need to know what to eat. Anyone can recommend a diet or resources for quick recipes. I can't eat salad for the next month but honestly if this is what works well.Once I become pregnant I wants to salads to eat, because I make sure that the baby is being get nutrition to. I take a multi Vitatmin daily but is that enough?

I am a white woman, 5 ' 6, 155 kg, 32 years old, and I want about to lose 20 pounds before the end of October. I wanted more slender legs as that's where my weight is: hip, butt, and now I am cellulite see in my arms I never had (I have it on my thigh). I need help of guys. I'll also try and drink plenty of water - how much though? I'm so clueless. I also try and jogging every day what I inconsistently to because I try and go out at night, and I "m tired."I'm no early bird but how change and wake up at 6 am for jog! Can someone please help!I feel gross. One of the worst parts is that I feel muscle under the fat, but it lose.

Thanks for reading! I am frustrated!

But honestly I can't eat salad for the next month if that is what will work.Once I get pregnant, I don't want to eat salads, also because I want to make sure your child is going to get nutrition. take a lack-vitatmin per day, but that is enough?
