   Hallo gays, Skip is here, welcome to my Weigt Loss Bog!
I have, since about 8 days, been walking the stairs up to my apartment instead of taking the elevator! And believe me - in just 8 days - it´s getting more and more easy to do! I always have company of my Boxer dog whom willingly take the stairs together with me!

   I Do Have A Little Extra Tips Here!
 Count the number of stairs to walk up, then when you walk, count only half of them and - this makes it much more easy. I have 4 stairs to walk with each 20 steps. I count only half of them makes it twice as easy! Try it!
