Please read this in its entirety. I don't know with all means missing. I think, I'm something is missing and would like some advice perhaps my memory jar.
I cradle on 41, 5 ' 7 210 look, as I'm only about 180. But in the done with the body builder look, I want to lose weight and tone. I have tried everything. I think it is something that I am not getting. I dont drink every soda, I drink water throughout the day, tea before bed (without sugar) hot cup. I dont eat bread, processed foods, sweets and I actually don't like salt. I love spicy foods to take a multi vitamin every day. Do Pilates 3 times per week, Yoga twice a week. And walking the great doggies 3-5 times a week 3-5 miles of every time. I am very busy one, active person. Only maybe 6 hours a night and sleep in the ok, the, hardly ever feel drained or tired. Do not drink alcohol. Go bike, grocery and food mainly fruits and vegetables and nuts. I eat bison instead of hamburger.And I had infringed a small stomach, where I have 4-5 small meals per day, big meals to eat me and gets me aufblasen.Ich fiber take to daily.
Not sure whether in the forget something? Kept Oh-in the sure I eat approximately 1200-1500 calories per day have a diary log-so now what? I will lose 5 pounds to 7 recover? I've been this way for years gegessen-but it seems that in the actually faster to win? Do I have something medically wrong? I tried also just in case and pretty darn normal Bloodsugar. Stay around 80-112. Please someone - I please someone show me the light. What am I doing wrong? Or what's wrong?I have tested the thyroid 6 times!To say only normal levels?I'm so verloren.Vielen thanks!
