Hi all! I need advice. I'm 5 ' 6, 155 lbs and I am 32 years old female. I'm going to start to try and get pregnant next month and must delete some weight before getting pregnant (fingers crossed it happens on the first attempt). My weight is located in my hips and your ass. I've been watching what I was eating and trying to jog one hour per day (its about 5 miles outside). I started a "diet":
Breakfast:
1 cup of coffee, skimmed milk, shine
Breakfast 1 hot lean Pocket
snack
1 cup of applesauce motts
Lunch
Lean Cuisine meal
snack
1 string cheese
dinner
Lean cuisine meal
dessert (sometimes)
I am a skinny cow ice cream sandwich
I'm still not abandon weight and I'm afraid of gaining weight of the child. Any advice help. I really wanted to drop 20 lbs, but I don't think it can happen. consultancy? Thanks for reading!
