A few weeks ago our poll weekly focused on how a vegan diet almost killed Angelina Jolie.
Now it has been reported that Hugh Jackman is considering using mass on a vegan diet for his next film X-Men Origins: Wolverine II. If a vegan diet almost "killed" Angelina will produce a glutton ripped, fierce, yet vegetarian?
In a recent interview with VegNews, Brendan Brazier, (a nutritionist vegan, athlete, author and founder of vegetarian based Vega), said that worked with Jackman to prepare for his upcoming movie.
Although the Wolverine bulked up eating a lot of chicken for his previous film, Jackman has since moved to a large extent the vegan diet for environmental and health reasons. Not sure if the Brazier actor will totally vegan for its mass up, but most likely will be mainly vegan.
A vegan diet Contains enough protein to produce the Wolverine muscle that we saw in the first film X-Men Origins or will we see a version punier in Wolverine II?
What do you think? take our survey and comments below.
A vegan diet can be used to produce muscle mass clutter?
