I have a really strict diet for the past few months. I have anywhere from 800-1500 calories per day but burning 1000 only in the gym for 3 days in the days eaten I, a lighter exercise as a 3-5 mile walk or a 7 would do week and others vs. 7 football game. most of the time would be my caloric intake around 1000 and probably around 1500 maybe twice.
definitely want a few days ago I decided that until my caloric intake to try about 1500 average my weight cause I want to lose anymore, I only maintain to ensure.
I was having a Hardtime and was closer to around 1200. I feel pretty guilty more eat me.
well today breakfast I had diluted into a pb & J on 100 cal bread, which is about 200 calories, had a 387 calories bran muffins lunch.Everything was fine until dinner and mein father made tacos, I had 7 and two large portions Spanish Reis.die tacos were the authentic Mexican type
Were Carne Asada/chicken on a grilled corn tortilla with onions and Chile (not like Chile and onion has calories) .located guess my caloric intake today was approximately 2900
Remember, when I eat tomorrow about 750 calories by eating things like salads, protein, Zucchini and maybe a SlimFast will I order be?
the rest which next week should I stay in the area of 1000 or continue my plan back to 1500 I would like not to gain weight how I fix this?
