Please read this in its entirety. I am not devoid of knowledge by any means. I think just missing something and would love some advice for vase maybe my memory.
Am 41, 5 ' 7 weigh 210 look like I am just about 180. But, IM done with the look of the body builder, I want to lose weight and tone. I tried everything. I think there is something wrong that aren't always. I dont drink any soda, drink water every day, the cup of hot tea to sleep (without sugar). I dont eat any food, bread, candy and I actually dont like salt. I love spicy foods, take a multi vitamin every day. Do pilates 3 times a week, Yoga twice a week. And walk the great sends 3-5 times a week 3-5 miles each time. I'm very busy, active. Only sleep perhaps 6 hours a night and Im ok with that, almost never feel tired or drained. Don't drink any alcohol. Ride your bike to the store and eat mainly fruits and vegetables and nuts. I eat bison Burger instead.And I have a small stomache where they have to eat 4-5 small meals per day, large meals hurt me and I will bloat. I take fibre per day too.
Not sure if Im forgetting something? Oh-im sure eat approximately 1200-1500 calories per day have kept a diary-register so now what??? I will lose 5 kg, then earn 7 back? In this way I ate for years-but it looks like Im actually gaining faster? I must have something medically wrong? I have tested bloodsugar too just incase and Im pretty darn normal. Stay around 80-112. PLEASE someone-I might anyone to show me the light. What am I doing wrong? O what is the problem?I had thyroid tested 6 times!!They say only normal levels??I'm so lost. Thanks!!
